The project form can collect a name, email address, telephone number, project type, and the message voluntarily provided by the visitor.

When a client relationship begins, Kayen may also process billing details, project documents, technical access information approved by the client, and records needed to deliver and document the agreed service.

Access is limited to Kayen and service providers needed to operate the website and deliver the requested work. The website and database use Render infrastructure, which may process information under its contractual privacy and data-protection terms.

No advertising tracker is installed by Kayen.fr

The website stores the selected language in the browser's local storage so the visitor's interface preference can be restored. This preference is not used for advertising.

Google Maps is disabled by default. The external map is contacted only after the visitor selects the button to load it or chooses to open Google Maps in a new tab. Google's own privacy terms then apply.
